Following the high volume of requests from customer to visit their site urgently to restore their IT environment, we have set up a same day repair service
If you contact us, we make sure a Computer Expert will be with you within 2.5 hours, even during the evening and on Saturday.
*please note that customers who have a maintenance contract and who need urgent assistance have priority over those without a maintenance contract.

The call-out charges for the same day repair service are €29.95.
Parking charges, if any, will be passed on.

Conditions of the same day repair service

Our same day repair service is subject to a minimum purchase of 1.5 hours. After that, you pay for every fifteen minutes. Once booked, this service cannot be cancelled because other customers have to make way for you.
